TO GRANT AGREEMENT NO. GI 100278
BETWEEN THE
STATE OF WASHINGTON DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY
AND
CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY
PURPOSE:' To amend the above - referenced grant agreement between the state of Washington
Department of Ecology [DEPARTMENT] and City of Spokane Valley [RECIPIENT] for the
Sullivan Bridge Drain Retrofit Project. This amendment is needed to extend the expiration date
of the grant agreement five months to allow additional time to coordinate with ongoing projects
in the immediate vicinity.
IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED that the grant agreement is amended as follows:
PART I. GENERAL INFORMATION
1. The project expiration shall be modified as follows:
a. The following shall be deleted:
This agreement expires October 31, 2013.
b. The following shall be added:
This agreement expires March 31, 2014.
FURTHER, this amendment shall be effective upon the original grant effective date of January
18, 2011.
Except as expressly provided by this amendment, all other terms and conditions of the original
grant agreement and all amendments thereto remain in full force and effect.
