EXECUTIVE SESSION: [RCW 42.30.110(1)(i)]
Mayor Towey called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL: City Clerk Bainbridge called the roll;all Councilmembers were present.
It was moved by Deputy Mayor Schimmels, seconded and unanimously agreed to adjourn into executive
session for approximately sixty minutes to discuss potential litigation, and that no action will be taken
upon return to open session. Council adjourned into executive session at approximately 5:02 p.m.
Mayor Towey declared Council out of executive session at 5:30 p.m., and it was then moved by Deputy
Mayor Schimmels, seconded and unanimously agreed to adjourn. The meeting adjourned at 5:31 p.m.
