Alki Avenue Spokane Valley, WA 99212 RE: Administrative Exception Dear Mr. Wood, I am writing in regards to our earlier conversation in the Permit Center regarding the possibility of multiple administrative exceptions in the event that you were to subdivide your property located at 8209 E. Alki Avenue (Parcel 45183.0138). I have spoken with the Community Development Director Kathy McClung and she has indicated that she would be willing to approve administrative exceptions for both lot size and lot depth if you were subdivide your lot. At such time as a subdivision was initiated, the administrative exceptions could be addressed.
