Alki Ave, PLUS Number 09000321} Civil Plan Acceptance The Civil Plans and Drainage Report for the above - mentioned project, which Development Engineering received on April 14th, 2009, have been reviewed and found to be consistent with pertinent development regulations and thus have been accepted. Prior to Development Engineering signoff on the grading permit, the following items shall be addressed: 1. The Mylar has been signed and will be routed to the Permit center for pickup. Return the Mylar to the permit center with five paper copies of the complete plan set. 2. Provide lot plans as detailed in item #16 of our February 20th review letter. 3. A pre - construction conference is not required. Contact Rod Pegram, Development Engineering Construction Inspector (688 -0025) for project certification requirements. Next steps: 4. Contact the Planning Department (Karen Kendall, 688 -0172) for additional conditions that may exist. 5. Contact the Building Department (688 -0036) for other requirements and needed permits (e.g. right -of -way obstruction permit). 6. Contact Wayne McGavran (688 -0038) for final plat language. r Dev.
