Please be advised that this office, as per your request, has changed
your current address from East 14707 Broadway to North 722 Adams
Road for your residence located on Spokane County parcel number
14544 -0631.
This change has been made in order to better identify your residence
and should remain as assigned.
It is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that the following items be done as soon
as possible:
1. Post your address for emergency vehicle purposes, as
required in Section 10.208 of the Uniform Fire Code. If
emergency vehicles; i.e., police, fire, ambulance, are hindered
in responding to a call because of a wrong address, you could
be held liable.
2. Notify your post office of your address.
3. Notify your telephone company of the change.
