Please be advised that this office has changed your current address
from North 4404 Adams Road to North 4410 Adams Road for your
residence located on Spokane County parcel number 02541 -3302.
This change has been made in order to better identify your residence
and should remain as assigned.
It is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that the following items be done as soon
as possible:
1. Post your address for emergency vehicle purposes, as
required in Section 10.208 of the Uniform Fire Code. If
emergency vehicles; i.e., police, fire, ambulance, are hindered
in responding to a call because of a wrong address, you could
be held liable.
2. Notify your post office of your address.
3. Notify your telephone company of the change.
