THIS PERMIT is granted upon the express conditon that the building or land use for which the permit is issued shall conform in all respects to all the ordinances
of the County of Spokane, regulating the construction, use and occupancy of buildings in Spokane County, and may be revoked at any time upon the violation of any of the
provisions of said ordinances, or failure of plans, as approved, to comply with said ordinances.
In consideration of the issuance of the permit for the erection of signs the grantee must place the said signs where directed by County Officials and shall remove the
said sign at the a �tion of the permit unless regularly renewed.
This pert will be F= d only for commencement of work within six months, and the Wire completion thereof withini year
from this date; after which time this permit will be void. Authorized by Building Official

1. The residence in question fronts on South h Road and is partially
constructed. The Zoning Adjustor notes that the residence could front
on East 8th Averriie, however, the owner has elected to setback 31.5 feet
from the property line on 8th Avenue whereas the Zoning Ordinance would
allow the residence to be located 15 feet from the flanking street
property line. Tois fifteen (15) foot flanking street setback would
apply to Adams Road if indeed the residence did front on East 8th Avenue.
Therefore, the Zoning Adjustor concludes that the 2.5 fo)t infringement
into the Ada :.,s Road front yard setback area is a minimal request and
would not affect the front yard setback on the adjacent lot (Lot 101
