Mission Avenue Project #97001550 Parcel No. 45103.0258 Dear Mr. Shimmel: In reviewing our records, we find that a Certificate of Occupancy was not issued for the above referenced project. Section 109 of the Uniform Building Code requires that a Certificate of Occupancy be issued after final inspection of most commercial projects. On May 19, 2000 a final inspection was made and occupancy /use approved for an interior remodel for an existing medical clinic. Accordingly, a Certificate of Occupancy is enclosed for your use. It must be posted in a conspicuous place on the premises. It may not be removed except by the building official. The construction drawings are on file in our office. You may pick them up any time within the next ten (10) days; otherwise, we will dispose of them after this date.
