RE: 2012 Operation and Maintenance of Pool Facilities
Dear Steve:
I would like to extend to the YMCA of the Inland Northwest a one -year renewal option
beginning January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012. This renewal option is per the terms
and conditions of the existing Agreement for Operation and Maintenance of Pool Facilities
executed January 5, 2010. I am proposing a management fee of $32,000 which is a $1,000
increase over 2011 and consistent with our previous discussions as per my understanding.
As per the original Agreement, all other costs will be invoiced based on actual cost.
Please note: The current contract calls for a $2,000,000 products - completed operations
aggregate limit and your insurance certificate for 2011 is for $1,000,000. That will need to
be corrected for 2012. Secondly, the state auditor's office has informed us that we can only
pay for services in the calendar year they are rendered. In the past, we have been invoiced
for services running from November through to the next April. Please discontinue that
practice and invoice us as described by the state auditor.
Please sign below to acknowledge the receipt and acceptance of this offer. Piease return the
original and retain a copy for your records. If you have any questions or would like to
discuss further, I can be reached at mstone@spokanevalle .orq or
(509) 720 -5400. Thank you.
Sincerely,
49
