WASHINGTON, PROVIDING FOR A RIGHT-OF-WAY VACATION OF APPROXIMATELY
166.74 FEET IN LENGTH BY 19 FEET OF WIDTH OF ALKI AVENUE LOCATED BETWEEN
THE SOUTHERN BOUNDARY OF PARCEL 45154.0704 AND THE NORTHERN BOUNDARY
OF PARCEL 45154.1020, AND PROVIDING FOR OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATING
THERETO.
Section 1 sets outs certain Findings of Fact; Section 2 describes the property to be vacated; Section 3
explains the division of property to be vacated; Section 4 designates the zoning; Section 5 sets out the
conditions of vacation; and Section 6 explains the closing process.
