Dear Owner,
Due to an internal office error, we are sending this second letter to amend the address for the
above referenced Parcel. Please disregard the earlier notice. We apologize for the error.
Please be advised that in order to better identify your commercial property, this office has found
it necessary to change your current address from 7314 E. 1st Avenue to 7314 E. Appleway
Boulevard.
It is extremely important that the following items be accomplished as soon as possible and
remains as assigned due to the proposed new commercial construction to take place:
1. Post your address for emergency vehicle purposes, as required in Section 505.1 of the
2003 International Fire Code.
2. Notify your post office of your address.
3. Notify your telephone company of the change.
