Please be advised that in order to better identify your commercial property this office has found it necessary
to change your current address from 6810 E lst Ave to 6816 E Appleway Ave.
It is extremely important that the following items be accomplished as soon as possible and remains as
assigned due to the proposed new commercial construction to take place:
1. Post your address for emergency vehicle purposes, as required in Section 505.1 of the 2003
International Fire Code.
2. Notify your post office of your address.
3. Notify your telephone company of the change.
