Resolution 08-022 Amending Master Fee Schedule for 2009 CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY SPOKANE COUNTY,WASHINGTON RESOLUTION NO 08-022 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY. OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY, WASHINGTON, AMENDING RESOLUTION 07-017, AND APPROVING AN AMENDED MASTER FEE SCHEDULE WHEREAS, it is the general policy of the City to establish fees that are reflective of the cost of services provided by the City, and WHEREAS, the City uses a resolution to establish fees for City programs permits and services and periodically the fee resolution must be updated to Incorporate new or modified services,and WHEREAS,Council desues to modify the Resolution and accompanying Fee Schedule NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Spokane Valley, Spokane County, Washington,as follows Section 1 The changes needed at this time are incorporated into the attached schedules and include(1)new fees (2)changes to existing fees, and (3) inflationary increases for 2009 Section 2 Repeal To the extent that previous fee schedules are inconsistent with those set forth herein,they are repealed Section 3 Effective Date This Resolution shall
