In response to your request for a Certificate of Occupancy for the above
referenced address, please be advised the building code provides that a
Certificate of Occupancy be issued for Occupancies A through R -1. This
duplex is considered an R -3 Occupancy and as such is not subject to the
provisions of Certificate of Occupancies. However, it is my understanding
a final inspection was conducted on March 4, 1983 and subsequently the
afore mentioned duplex has been approved for occupancy.
