Any other Easemants except nght-of-way granted or dedlcated within this Border Easement and are
subject to the Spokane Valley permit process pnor to usage
The Easement and the agreements and dudes provided for herein shall run with the land and shall be
binCing on, and shall inure to the benefit of the parties referenced herein, their heirs successors and
assigns
The Grantor(s) or their successors in interest agree to and shall mamtain m good repair tne sidewalks,
driveways and landsc8ping to be instal{ed In such property, and wfien so doing shall not be considered
agents of Spokane Valley
