LEGAL DESCRIPTION - Right of Way Dedication
That strip of the following description being a part of the South Half of Tract 125,
OPPORTUNITY, according to Plat recorded in Volume "K" of Plats, Page 20, in the City of
Spokane Valley, Spokane County, Washington, described as follows:
Beginning at a point 15 feet North of the Southeast corner of said Tract 125; thence North on
the East line of said Tract 125, a distance of 61 feet to a point; thence West on a line parallel
with the South line of said Tract, a distance of 108 feet to a point; thence South on a line parallel
with the East line of said Tract, a distance of 61 feet to a point; thence East on a line parallel
with the South line of said Tract, a distance of 108 feet to the point of beginning;
Said strip lying Northerly of that portion appropriated by the State of Washington under Cause
Number 84-2-01334-1 filed in Superior Court on July 30, 1984 and lying southerly of the
following described line:
Commencing at a point 15 feet NoRh of the Southeast corner of said Tract 125; thence West, on
a line parallel with the south line of said Tract, 108 feet; thence North, on a line parallel with the
east line of said Tract, 1.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence Northeasterly, 87.83 feet to a
point 20.50 feet West of said east line and 23.00 feet North of said south line and Point of
Terminus.
