The purpose of this letter is, to request the issuance of sewer permits for

prior to acceptance of the sewer system by Spokane County. I understand that
it is the policy of Spokane County Utilities to defer acceptance of the
Sanitary Sewer System for operation and maintenance until all of the
following items have been received and approved:

Letter of acceptance of sewer construction by County
Construction Department
Submittal of sewer system as -built drawings
Therefore, I hereby agree to accept responsibility for the operation and
maintenance of the subject sewer system, prior to acceptance by Spokane
County Utilities Department until such time that all items above are
finalized and the sewer system is accepted for operation and maintenance by
Spokane County Utilities.

request for issuance of sewer construction permits
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
The assurances provided (lerein are sufficient to allow sewer connection
permits to be issued prior to sewer system acceptance by Spokane County.
