As we discussed we reviewed several alternatives before changing several addresses in the
original portions of Dhaenens Square. Unfortunately, the design of second phase of this
development did not provide us with any easy answers. The design, with Avalon and Mamer
Lanes extending north and easterly to connect to Evergreen Road along with the number of
new lots proposed by the developer, did not allow for a lot of variation. The addresses at the
intersection of Avalon Lane and Evergreen Road must be in the 1400 block south given the
location of the intersection. When the addresses are extended southerly on Avalon Lane we
simply run out of numbers available requiring an adjustment to the existing addresses. It was
preferred that the new road segments carried a different road name, but evidentially the
developer chose a different course.
Hopefully this clarifies why your address was changed. Should you have any questions, please

address as it was, and I appreciate you trying to recommend other
