Baldwin Avenue Spokane Valley, WA 99016 Re: Boundary Line Adjustment Dear Mr. Kostenyuk, I am writing as a follow up to our conversation yesterday in the Permit Center regarding a possible boundary line adjustment which would incorporate a portion of parcel # 55073.1348 (Tobin) into parcel #55073.1351 (Ivanov). I have spoken to the City's Planning Manager Scott Kuhta who has determined that a record of survey will not be required based on the drawing you provided. If any changes are proposed that bring the new property line closer to the Tobin residence, a survey may be required.
