In examining the businesses now established or being cor- structed to the east and south looking out the windows of ou_, building yet to be completed, we see an illuminated sign frc:;. Kinney Shoes which will soon be complimented by a sign to be erected west of Kinneys, adjacent to the fire station and or east side of Balfour, approximately 200 fet boundry of the Chamber of Commerce propert;. , Directly across from our new building _ - - - ~ - - Home with their brightly lighted sign, and to the south lies the IIniversity City Shopping Center illuminated in a maze of parking lot standards, illuminated building signs, Standard Oi Compariy's sign, and climaxed by a huge sign identifying IIniver- sity City. To the west lies the yet to be developed 10 acres of Pring property which, if my experience in the real estate industry tells me anythingo will certainly develop into a com- mercial or business complex of some magnitude.
