FIRST AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF
COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS AND
RESERVATION OF EASEMENTS FOR UNIVERSITY VIEW ESTATES
This First Amendment ( "Amendment ") amends the Declaration Establishing
Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Reservation of Easements for University View
Estates ( "Declaration ") recorded January 13, 2006 in the Office of the Spokane
County, Washington Auditor under Recording No. 5331212. The Declaration covers
property legally described on Exhibit "A." The Declaration is hereby amended by this
Amendment as follows:

egress, as well as utilities and drainage, to be utilized for the benefit of Lot 7, Block 2,
in University View Estates PUD Said property is also identified as Tax Parcel No.
45084.1407. This Easement is perpetual in nature, shall run with the property, and
shall not be amended, modified or reduced without the consent of the City of Spokane
Valley and the consent of the Owner of said Lot 7, Block 2.
