John D. Robertson owns approximately 3 acres immediately adjacent to the property owned or leased by Joe's Pizza Supply Company. This property is bounded on the West by Howe Street. James J. Williams, Inc., is actively engaged in truck transportation. James J. Williams, Inc. , opposes this application which embraces a 11 foot setback from said Howe Street, rather than the Zoning Ordinance of 35 feet. James J. Williams, Inc. , feels this reduced setback would diminish vision and could possibly cause traffiC problems ~ with the type of equipment operated by this protestant.
