property is not important; the major focus of this project is
inward and not outwards to side yard property lines.
c. As the entrance to the project will come thru an existing ingress
and egress easement to the south, the traffic will be defined and
therefore be better as no new driveways leading to public streets
will be added to this neighborhood.
