house on the ground bordering Fourteenth. In order to do this we
need access from Fourteenth. _
(6) If this Vnriance were granted, how would it affect, in your opinion, the following:
a) Neighboring property: A Variance to Fourteenth Avenue will
have no harmful effect on any of the surrounding property.
Fourteenth alread- extends to thc East bo dar .

b) The general public, (e.q.) traffic safety: Fourteenth is a dead end
street at the East boundary of our property. Access for us
would have practically no effect on the general public, nor
cause any traffic problems.
