1. The trailer shall bo- loc:ited on th,:! subjact proparty in complianca with yard
(setback) requiremonts for a sinal,: family dwelling as prescribc;d in
Section 4.05.1.10a of the 2,oning Ordinance of Spokdne County.
The trailer shall be located on the subject property in substantial conformancc
w1th the "approved" plot plan on file with this application, and in any case,
shall observe the yard (setback) requirements for a single family dwelling as
prescribed in Section 9.05. 110-a of the 2oning Ordinance of Spokane County.
3. This approval is granted to at which time any permit
issued pursuant to this approval shall become mull and void.
4. The trailer shall be skirted with a fire resistant material.
5. This approval is granted for the use of a trailer as a rzsidence for a caretaker
of the subject property. This approval is granted for an indefinite time
period fn connection with the previously describad use.
6. The existing residence on the subject property shall be removed prior to the
occupancy of the tr.~iilor house.
7. The trailer shall not be mounted on a pe:rm~nor.t foundation in such a mar_ner
as to constitutE a permanent residence.
8. The trailer shall not be attached to other residantial or accessory structur; s.
Metal canopies, tip outs, and awnings may be attached to the trailer; hcw-
zver, all wooden structures and accessory buildings, except open porches,
must be datached and placed at least thrae(3) feet from the trafler. If the
mobile home is to located in Fire 2one II, t":is distance must be increas,:A to
forty (40) feet, or a one-hour fire wa11 must ki-ovided,
