The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 14-003 passed by the Spokane Valley City
Council on the 25th day of March, 2014:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY,
WASHINGTON AMENDING SPOKANE VALLEY MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTER 19.120 AND
APPENDIX A RELATING TO PERMITTED AND ACCESSORY USES AND ASSOCIATED
DEFINITIONS THEREOF,AND OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERETO.
Section 1 explains that the purpose of this Ordinance is to amend Spokane Valley Municipal Code chapter
19.120, and Appendix A Definitions. Section 2 adopts the specific Findings of the Planning Commission.
Section 3 amends the matrix as set forth in the Attachment A; and Section 4 amends the Spokane Valley
Municipal Code Appendix A as set forth in the Attachment B.
