Spokane, Was hington Dear Mr. Hume: Concerning Albertsones parking requirements, piease be advised that Albertsonis criteria require that parking be provided at the rate of one stall per 200 square feet of building area. The site plan indicates 210 parking stalls for Albertsonts, which is the exact amount that we required. Building Qrientation at this site is a critical determining factor for gaining the required amount of parking stalls for Albertsonts. A building facing Sprague Avenue would not produce that smount. As the site pla.n indicates, the building facing Pines Road has produced the correct number of stalls.
