You are hereby notif ied that J. Brent McKinley, the
applicant for a Variance in the subject matter does
hereby appeal to the Board of Adjustment the decision of
the Zoning Adjustor written August 3, 1977. The basis
of this appeal is that the decision of the Zoning Adjustor
was in error specifically with regards to Reason #1 in
that the applicant has not made other segregations in
excess of that allowed by law under the terms of
revised Code of Washington, Short Plat Statute.
The said applicant J. Brent McKinley, further objects to
neason #2 and #3 given in the Zoning Adjustor Decision.
