13 foot roadway connecting with the present roadway on the West running to the
14 East line of this property; and a reservation to use the existing roadway
15 connecting on the North line of Lot 2; and
16 Whereas said existing roadway connects the property owned by the
17 Owners on the East and on the West, it is 18 THERE FORE , AGREED BETWEEN the parti es that the Owners grant an ease-
19 ment to the Purchasers for right to use the existing road over the Southeast
20 Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 13, Township 26. Range 44 as it
21 now exists as it travels in a northerly and southerly direction f rom McMahan 22 Road to the Southern edge of the above described property and then Easterly
23 on a meandering line to the property being acquired by the Purchasers.

25 road for ingress and egress as it is now located across the property being
26 acqui red by the Purchasers i n an Easterly to Westerly di rection to the
