VE-14-77 MINUTES BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF SPOKANE COUNTY FINDINGS AND ORDER REGARDING A REVIEW OF ADMINISTRATIVE AsCTION OF THE SPOKA►'VE COUNTY ZOIVING ADJUSTOR IN A DECISION TO DENY A VARIANCE, VE-14-77. WHEREAS, Application has been presented to the Zoning Adjustor of Spokane County, Washfngton, by Gerald E. Kofinehl, requesting a Variance to allow a duplex on property having 80 ft. of frontage on a public road, whereas, the Spokane County Zoning Ordinance requires 90 ft, of continuous frontage on a public road. The property in question is generally located 200 ft. north of Valley Way on the west side of Locust, and more specifically described as follows: Section 17, Township 25N, Range 44 E.W.M. Tract 12, Rawlings Subdivision of Tract 102 of Opportunity, Parcel No. 17543-0714 and, WHEREAS, the Zoning Adjustor of Spokane County, did, on the 22nd day of February, 1977, hold a public hearing as provided in Section 4.25 of Title IV of the Spokane County Zoning Ordinance, on the application of Gerald E. Kofinehl, for a Varlance on the described property, and, . WHEREAS, the Zoning Adjustor, did on the 22nd day of February, 1977, formally act upon said application and did deny said application based upon finding s of fact and . reasons set forth in the official minutes dated the 7th day of March, 1977, and, WHEREAS, an appeal from the decision of the Zoning Adjustor for Spokane County was filed on the 16th day of March, 1977, by Gerald E. Kofinehl, and, WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment of Spokane County, did on the 19th day of April, 1977, hold a public hearing as prescribed in Section 4.25 of the Title IV on tlze application of Gerald E o Kofinehl for said Variance, VE 14-77, and, . WHEREAS, at said hearing, opportunity was afforded those favoring and those opposing said application and the Board of Adjustment having fully considered the official records, evidence and testimony given and havf.ng made an investigation of the matter dces hereby find: 1.
