EXTINGUISHMENT OF TITLE NOTICE

Situate in the County of Spokane, State of Washington.
The City of Spokane Valley received a request for removal of Title Notice on the
property located at 5219 East 5th Avenue, Spokane Valley, WA 99212. Title Notice
Recording Number 5146187, recorded November, 15, 2004, stated that the subject
property was the subject of a land use action in 2004 by the City of Spokane Valley,
which provided that Michael Grzogorek, as the legal owner,was found to be in violation
of the following violations:

Prohibition of Nuisances
Section 4, Subsection E—Building and Construction Materials
Accumulations, stacks, or piles of building or construction materials not
associated with a current in-progress project including metal, wood, wire,
electrical or plumbing materials in disarray or exposed to the elements on the
property. This provision does not apply to a designated contractor's yard, as
defined in the SVZC 14.3000.
Section 4, Subsection J(2)—Garbage, Recyclables, Compost and Infestations
Accumulations of broken or neglected items, litter, salvage materials, and junk
not in an approved enclosed structure, in the front,back or side yards of the
property.
Section 4, Subsection N—Attractive Nuisances
Any accessible attractive nuisance to children, including but not limited to,
unattended machinery or equipment, unsecured abandoned or vacant building,
open and unattended vehicle trunks or other unguarded conditions or situations
that could conjure or trap a child.
Pursuant to Spokane Valley Municipal Code 17.100.090, the City shall make a written
determination of compliance once the property subject to a land use action has been
brought into compliance.
After reviewing the conditions set forth in Title Notice Recording Number 5146187, the
City has determined the property located at 5219 East 5th Avenue, Spokane Valley, WA
99212 is, as of the date set forth herein, in compliance with all conditions as required and
current City of Spokane Valley nuisance code provisions and hereby extinguishes,
removes, and releases the property from the Title Notice Recording Number 5146187.
