The City of Spokane Valley received a request for removal of Title Notice on the property located at 5219 East 5th Avenue, Spokane Valley, WA 99212. Title Notice Recording Number 5146187, recorded November, 15, 2004, stated that the subject property was the subject of a land use action in 2004 by the City of Spokane Valley, which provided that Michael Grzogorek, as the legal owner,was found to be in violation of the following violations: CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY ORDINANCE NO. 03-083 Prohibition of Nuisances Section 4, Subsection E—Building and Construction Materials Accumulations, stacks, or piles of building or construction materials not associated with a current in-progress project including metal, wood, wire, electrical or plumbing materials in disarray or exposed to the elements on the property. This provision does not apply to a designated contractor's yard, as defined in the SVZC 14.3000. Section 4, Subsection J(2)—Garbage, Recyclables, Compost and Infestations Accumulations of broken or neglected items, litter, salvage materials, and junk not in an approved enclosed structure, in the front,back or side yards of the property.
