CECIL WHIPPLE and others, and it appearing to the Board on proof duly made that notice of the hearing was published and posted in the manner and for the time required by law, and the Board after examining all claims and all maps and papers on file and after hearing the evidence adduced at the hearing and it appearing that the hereinafter described road is useless and the same is no longer needed as a part of the general road system within the County and that the public will be benefited by such vacation. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY the Board of County Commissioners of Spokane County, Washington, that the hereinafter described portion of public road to -wit: WHIPPLE ROAD - from a point 25 feet South of the centerline of Main Avenue - 40 feet wide South to end.
