TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
THE GRANTOR, HANSON INDUSTRIES, INC., a Washington corporation, who acquired title as R.A.
HANSON COMPANY, INC., a Washington corporation , for and in consideration of$10.00 and other
valuable consideration, conveys and grants unto the City of Spokane Valley, a municipal corporation of
the State of Washington, and its assigns, THE GRANTEE,under the imminent threat of the GRANTEE's
exercise of its right of Eminent Domain, the right, privilege and easement over, upon, and across the
hereinafter described lands for the purpose of: Constructing Sidewalk, Widening of Bridge, and blending
to existing ground. IT IS NOTED THAT GRANTOR OR ITS AGENTS SHALL HAVE THE
RIGHT AND ABILITY AT ALL TIMES TO ACCESS THE BILLBOARD ON GRANTOR'S
PROPERTY THAT LIES WITHIN THE TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION PERMIT AREA.
The temporary rights herein granted shall commence on June 23, 2014 and terminate on
June 22, 2016 or upon completion of project construction, whichever occurs first.
Said lands being situated in Spokane County, State of Washington, and described as follows:

It is understood and agreed that delivery of this temporary construction easement is hereby
