The paving doesn't look like it's going outside of the curbs on Sprague unless I missed something except on the returns at the intersections. Task 1 (1)= $288 Research is 4 hours reviewing and compiling information from plats, short plats, surveys, binding site plans, surveys, condo's, land corner records, Cadastral Retracement Records (Spokane County used these), and our private records. Task 1 (2)= $2480 Up to 2 days searching and referencing points in intersections based on results of research Task 1 (3)= $144 DNR Permit Task 1 (4)= $1388 Up to 1 day re-setting monuments or references in intersections based on results of searching and referencing. this includes 2 hours office for finalizing the DNR permitting process. This is a tiered approach, because I don't know how many to look for until research is done. I won't know how many to reset until we find them. We will only invoice for the actual time used.
