1. The Zoninq Ad}ustor is of the opinion that tho hacdsbip apparent to the described
ptoperEy ia a resul[ of the applicant's actions wheneiu a segreqation oocurced which
does not compty with the minimum zot uvidth/depfih ratio.
2. The Zoninq Adjustor noted there were alternatifve bufldinQ arrangements available
to the appliGant which would neqate the need for the Vari,ance.
3. I# this Variance were approved and i.he present pmparty lines mainteined, it would
create a bardship for the pZacement of an adequate sewaqe diaposal system for the
lo Lto the so uth .
