Owner / Agent Date Staff Approval Date Tom Scholtens Spokane Valley Building Official From: Larry and Peggy [mailto:Iptooke@comcast.net] Sent: Monday, March 20, 2006 3:06 PM To: Tom Scholtens Subject: residential remodel permit #04-8008 Tom Scholtens, Here is a note to follow-up our conversation in regards to the building permit issued to allow us to finish the 2nd half of the basement at 508 N Bessie Rd. I had planned to do this work several months ago but due to an absence of adequate finances I had to hold off until now. Here at Safe Harbor House we are a non profit organization licensed as a group care facility with maternity services. Cash flow is very tenuous and needs to be well managed. Our plan is to have this project complete within the next four months. This 1000 square foot addition is desperately needed. Since the day we opened in February 2003 our four bedrooms have always been full. I should be calling for a framing inspection next week.
