Bates Ct, Spokane Valley, WA 99206 3 ` (-&„0,006k Message: He]lo Rob, We have been working on finishing our basement, doing most of the work ourselves over the past 18 months or so. Our last inspection was in November 2006 for electrical rough - in. We then completed sheet -rocking in December and continued into April 2007 with the cabinets and finish carpentry, cabinet installation, finish electrical, and flooring. During an earlier framing inspection we were told that we would need Ladders in the window wells before the final inspection. This spring we tried all the home improvement retailers in the area to find these ladders with no luck. We then contacted the Building Permit office for recommendations on where to get these ladders which also didn't have any suggestions. Finally this summer 1 found a place to get the egress ladders and have them in place. I travel frequently for my job, and with other activities we have not had a chance to arrange the Final inspection. Thanks for your help in reviewing this and seeing if we can arrange a final inspection on this home -owner permit. BeAgards Rod fIemitz SEP 04 2007 08:59.. • 509 232 1083 PRGE.01 p.1
