Please be advised that a violation of the Spokane County Zoning Ordinance is a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, you shall be subject to a fine of not more than $250.00 and/or by imprisonment in the County Jail for not more than 90 days. Lach day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. Be further advised that you have ten days from the date of this letter to secure compliance with the Spokane County Zoning Ordinance provisions relating to your property or make other arrangements with Mr. Mark Holman at the Spokane County Building Codes Department.
