SPE 4-81 - Applicant should be advised that the parking facilities as shown on
the plet plan submitted with the application is acceptable only on a
, temporary basis. Should the use be permitted on the site any longer
than the time frame stipulated in this application, provisions will
have to be made for the improvement of 14th Avenue as well as alter-
native parking facilities provided.
