The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 14-006 passed by the Spokane Valley City
Council on the 10th day of June, 2014:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY
WASHINGTON, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ORIGINALLY ADOPTED
BY ORDINANCE NO. 07-015 AND AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED; AND PROVIDING FOR
OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATING THERETO.
Section I states that the purpose of this Ordinance is to amend the Official Zoning Map, originally
adopted through Ordinance No. 07-015 and as subsequently amended, in order to permit the property
described herein to be used in a manner consistent with the same. Section 2 sets out Findings specific to
each proposed amendment. Section 3 states that the properties subject to this Ordinance are described in
Attachment A (map), and Section 4 amends the Spokane Valley Zoning Map as set forth in Attachment
A. The full text of Ordinance 14-006 is available at the City of Spokane Valley City offices as identified
above. A copy will be mailed upon request to the City Clerk.
