The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 14-005 passed by the Spokane Valley City
Council on the 10th day of June,2014:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY
WASHINGTON, AMENDING THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN;
AND PROVIDING FOR OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATING THERETO.
Section 1 explains that the purpose of this Ordinance is to amend the Comprehensive Plan. Section 2 sets
out certain Findings applicable to the proposed amendments. Section 3 states that the properties subject to
this Ordinance are described in Attachment A (map). Section 4 amends the Comprehensive Plan as set
forth in Attachment A and B and describes each amendment. The full text of Ordinance 14-005 is
available at the City of Spokane Valley City offices as identified above. A copy will be mailed upon
request to the City Clerk.
