The Zoning Adjustor following a public hearing on January 23, 1980 for a~~aiver of
Violation, request by the applicant denied the request in findings written February 14, 1980. ~The applica~nts request was denied in part on the Zoning Adjustors finding
that the violating~ structure is situated in a manner not affording adequate distance
f rom~an adjacent single family residence. Other findings are also noted on the decision
form. The applicant appeals this deci~sion believing insufficient hardship has been
created to neighboring properties. ~

VE-212-19 Applicant proposes to access his property by easement from Harvard Road.
This is not a year around facility and does not enjoy maintenance as pro-
v~ded to a typical county road. We recommend denial of the variance.
I~owever if the variance is granted it should be subject to the fol~owing condition: .
1. Execute a notice to the public that property is served by a pr~vate
road. .
SPE-33-79 If variance is granted it should be subjcet to the following conditions:
1. applicant convey to Spokane county the north 5 feet for right of way
for Ualleyway.
2. Execute an agreement to participate in a future RID and/or CRP.
