VE-48-80 If variance is granted it should be subject to the following conditions:
1. Applicant agrees to participate in any future RID or CRP, involving
applicant's property. •
VN-55-80 We have no objection to the varriance providing it does not violate the
clear view triangle. ,
VE-56-80 No objection but applicant should contact the traffic engineer regarding
access from Sprague Avenue.
WVE-4-80 If waiver of violation is approved it should be subject to the following
conditions:
1. Convey to Spokane County the east 5 feet of applicant's property for
additional right of way on Adams Rd.
2. Agree to participate in any future RID or CRP involving applicant's
property.
VE-66-80 No comnent.
CUE-7-80 If conditional use permit is granted it should be subject to the following; .
1. Dedicate 10 feet for additional right of way on Burns.
2. Dedicate a 20 foot radius at southwest corner of applicant's property.
3. Pave along Broadway from sidewalk to existing pavement with necessary
drainage corrected.
