VE-48-80 If variance is granted it should ba subject to the following conditions:
1. Applicant agrees to participate in any future RID or CRP, invoiving
app]icant's property.
VN-55-80 We have no objection to the varriance providing it does not violate the
clear view triangle.
VE-56-80 No objection but applicant should contact the traffic engineer regarding
access from Sprague Avenue.
WVE-4-80 If waiver of violation is approved it should be subject to the following
conditions:
1. Convey to Spokane County the east 5 feet of applicant's property for
