This Contract is revised as follows:
Description of Work
The Contractor shall provide and install a Catch Basin Type 1 at approximate STA 10+05, 24' RT, in lieu
of a Type 1 Inlet. The inlet shall instead be delivered to the Spokane Valley Maintenance facility,
17002 E Euclid Ave, Spokane Valley, WA.
Materials
The added catch basin shall comply with the requirements of Section 9-05.50 and Spokane Valley
Standard Plan S-112.
Measurement
No specific unit of measure will apply to the lump sum item, "Change Concrete Inlet to Catch
Basin Type 1."
Payment
Payment shall be made for the following item:
New contract items:
"Change Concrete Inlet to Catch Basin Type 1" lump sum.
Contract Time
There is no change in Contract Time as a result of this Change Order.
