DESCRIPTION OF CHANGES
This change order deletes item#8,"Unsuitable Foundation Excavation"and adds item#47,"Minor Changes".
Minor changes to the project include: grading and piping of secondary storage pad leacheate to tipping floor,
standpipe material type change per engineers recommendation,upgrade existing fiber optic box lid for Heavy
Duty lid in valor travel path,and retrofit of pipe size to manholes from previous phase which helped result in
a cost savings to the overall project of$50,000.
