VE 131-82 - This property was divided into two parc~ls via an Indemnity Agreement
which is an administrative process originating in the Spokane
~ County Planning Department. The County Engineer's Department was ~
not afforded ~he opportunity to review the subdivision applic~tion.
Consequently, additional Ri~ht of Way was not obtained and a Roadway Improvement Agreement was not signed by the property
owner.
The County Engineer requests that the following be made "Conditions
of Approval" should the variance application be approved:
