A 14 foot wide easement provides a very narrow area for the construction of a
road, associ ated drai nage structures, roadway mai ntenance and snow removal . It i s
the ~ recommendati on of the County Engi neer that thi s appl icati on be deni ed. The ease-
ment as represented does not comply with the Spokane County Road standards set forth
i n Board of County Commi ssi oners Resol uti on No . 8~-1592 .
Additionally, it appears as if the easement as described does not provide access
to the parcel owned by Mr. Fritts. ~
2. CUN 12-82 - Applicant should be advised that approach permits must be abtained
~ fro~n the Washington State Department of Transportation for any new driveway ap-
proaches to Nighway No. 2..
3. CUN 13-82 - Applicant should be advised that an approach permit must be obtained
from the County Engineer prior to the construction of any new driveway~ approaches. ~
