PROPOSAL: The applicant is requesting a
conditional use pe rmit to locate an
off-street parking facility in the
Agricultural Zone (Section 4.04.170 q.
and 4.24.310 of the Spokane County
Zoning Ordinance).
The appl i cant al so requests vari ances
for the following: 1) to allow the
off-street parki ng faci 1 i ty to be
located on a parcel of land having
an area of 5,633 sq. ft. , whereas
Section 4.24.310 b.l. of the zoning
ordinance requires a minimum lot
size of 7,500 square feet; and
2) to allow the parking facility
to be located 5' f rom Argonne Road
whereas Section 4.04.150 a.l. and
4.24.310 b.6. of the zoning
ordinance requi res a front yard
setback of 25 feet from the property

notice acknowledging this must be executed by the applicant. This public notice
will be prepared and recorded with the Spokane County Auditor by the Office of the
County Engineer. The notice muet be signed by the applicant. Once recorded, the
Notice to the Public will appear in future title reports on the property. See
attached comments.
Applicant shall aubmit to the County Engineer for review and approval road and
drainage plans. The priva[e road and drainage structures must be designed in
compliance with 5pokane County Road and Drainabe Standards.
