VE-~IZ-79 Applicant proposes to access his property by easement from Harvard Road.
This is not a year around facility and does not enjoy maintenance as pro-
vided to a typical county road. We recommend denial of the variance.
I~owever if the variance is granted it should be ub ect to the following
condition:
1. Execute a notice to the public that property is served by a p rivate road.
